About the meeting
The 2024 annual meeting was held as the 24th annual meeting of the ADI-TD together with the 10th annual meeting of the ISDT. The focus was on infections of the skin and mucous membranes, skin symptoms of systemic infections, as well as practical and scientific questions of dermatological infectiology and tropical dermatology.

Programme focus
The programme placed its emphasis on tropical dermatology as well as the diagnostics and therapy of cutaneous infections. Topics covered included leishmaniasis, protothecosis, arboviruses, toxic caterpillars and butterflies, snake bites, dermatological care in Cambodia and Namibia, T. indotineae, urethritis, PVL and genital pustules. The meeting was complemented by the mycology workshop and a special seminar for the “Tropical and Travel Dermatology” certificate.
